FAQS - ANSWERS-04 |

Since every training course web page has both an email enquiry facility and a separate enquiry submission form, and every course listing has email enquiry facilities, every visitor to the finda web site has ample opportunity to make easy enquiries about any course on the finda site.
Finda's address and telephone numbers are also on every web page. (It should be noted that there are no Training Course Provider or Training Partner details anywhere on the finda site.)
All enquiries, by whatever method is used, come into and are processed by the finda administration team. Assuming an enquiry is about a particular course[s]; identified both by Title and Reference Number, then each enquiry is dealt with in accordance with the Priority Code applied to that course.
Free Entry enquiries
are processed as follows:
1) The enquirer receives an acknowledgement email that they should expect contact from the Training Course Provider.
2) The Training Course Provider receives an email advising name and company information of enquirer and title of the Training Course of interest. The Training Course Provider is requested to respond to the enquirer directly.
No other subsequent action occurs.
Enhanced Entry enquiries
are processed in a more rigorous and detailed process as follows:
1) The enquirer receives an acknowledgement email containing the following minimum information.
a) Title of the course (for reference purposes)
b) Date of next course, if known
c) Location of next course, if known
d) Training Partner's Web page address for registration, if known
e) Training Partner's contact details
f) Training Partner's relevant web address, so that enquirer can browse all of the Training Partner's courses
2) The enquiry contact is then referred by finda to the Training Partner by email with all the relevant and available details. The Training Partner is requested by finda to:
a) Follow up with the enquirer
b) Acknowledge back to finda the enquirer contact, thus this then becomes an agreed referral between the two parties.
If, either immediately or at a later date, the referral registers for a course with the Training Partner, the agreed percentage of the course fee becomes payable to finda by the Training Partner .
When finda receives enquiries that are NOT associated with one particular course, we reserve the right to recommend whichever course or courses we consider to be most appropriate to the enquiry. In the vast majority of these cases, only courses from our Training Partners are reccommended.
Requests for “dedicated” or “in house” non public courses are processed on an individual basis. |
