A training course provider is the individual, company or organisation that owns the intellectual property (IP) rights to the course materials, irrespective of the media the material is held in, i.e. presentation slides, CD's, DVD’s etc.
Although it is commonly assumed that the presenter/lecturer is the training course provider, it is often the case that the course IP is held by another person/organisation. In this case the course presenter/lecturer is not the actual training course provider.
It is only training course provider's who can enter into agreements with finda to become a Training Partner . |

A finda Training Partner is a training course provider who has an ongoing agreement with finda to market their training courses on their behalf. The TYPICAL basis for such an agreement is:

Finda will provide the Training Partner with referrals for its training courses.
Finda will primarily obtain these referrals by marketing the Training Partner’s training courses as Enhanced Entries on its web site, but may use any other additional marketing approach it feels appropriate.
By the Training Partner
Supply finda with all the information and assistance it can to enable finda to market its courses.
Acknowledge and accept all referrals sent to it by finda.
Advise finda as and when any referral registers for one of its training courses. |
