Most, if not all, of the training courses on this web site can also be run as In-house courses. Our definition of an In-house course is one that is run for a specific group of attendees, not necessarily from the same company, and is thus not "open" for public attendance. We have also heard them referrred to as Private, Dedicated, Bespoke or Company courses.
An In-house course becomes the better option once the number of attendees reaches approximately 5 trainees, or the organiser wants a multi-disciplinary presentation that is "tailored" to their requirements.
There are a number of benefits to running an In-house presentation as follows:
- Choice of presenters: Wherever possible a choice of presenters guarantees a trainer who is an expert in his/her field.
- Financial Benefits: This form of training is the most cost-effective way to develop a group, who can be
trained on-site without any travel or accommodation costs, making the most of your training budget. Plus the reduced length of time the attendees are absent from their workplace.
- Customisation: With In-house training the organiser is able to customize aspects of the course to their group’s needs. After assessing a group or a company's requirements, we work with them to identify the training and assessment process that is necessary for their business - developing a compliant response to the challenge.
We tailor the learning to their own policies and processes so that their people can easily relate the learning to their work.
We can also adapt the course level to the seniority, experience and ability of the participants.
- Flexibility: In-house training is flexible and allows the choice of the right time and location. This saves the
extensive travel time associated with external courses, and takes place in the most appropriate learning environment for
the group
- Confidentiality: Whether it is a Product or Service issue, confidentiality is now imperative in a highly competitive business environment – Our presenters are also experts at dealing with your business-sensitive and market-competitive information. You can be confident of an open, yet confidential, environment.
- Learning Environment: It is a fact that learning together provides the participants with both a shared experience and a peer-to-peer networking opportunity. We create a safe and confidential environment that encourages people
to practice what they’ve learnt.
