Hazard and Risk Analysis for Safety-Related Systems

This course provides an introduction to the identification and analysis of accidents and hazards associated with the functional safety of complex systems. The programme will include Preliminary Hazard Analysis and HAZOP techniques, as well as the perception, assessment, management and regulation of risk. System Hazard Analysis, including techniques such as FMEA and FTA, will also be covered.
