Lead-Free Hands-On Soldering Training Course.

Training Course description

We are running a number of practical training sessions aimed at production, rework and engineering staff that provide hands-on lead-free soldering techniques for both surface mount and through hole technologies.

Objectives

Differences between leaded and lead-free joints are explained and reference is made to TWI's Lead-free Workbench Guide to support practical use of different solders and application techniques as well as inspection and fault analysis. These practical courses also include a short insight into both the RoHS and WEEE Directives.
